First of all, I wanna say that I really like this piece. You did an awesome job with the mask, I wouldn't have been able to do that well with it. The lighting is awesome on the body, however, I would put a little more focus in your lighting and shadows in your mane and tail. Your getting there though! I would also lower the smudge opacity on the horse. You did an awesome job in keeping the muscle details in tact, but it looks a little too smudged. Something I have noticed that can help counteract this is drawing on some details, but it takes A LOT of practice. With the grounding, I would have taken a very small grass brush and erased part of the hoof with it, that would have made it look a little more realistic, but you didn't do a bad job.
Overall, I think this is an awesome manip. Just a few tweaks and it could be amazing!

Vision
This is a visual piece.You've used good stock to create an authentic piece.You have spent a lot of time making this appeal visualy,of which you have done spectaculary.

Originality
You have suceeded in making an original piece.The mask(?) on the horse is done with supereme efficenty.The mane and tail are also done to a great degree.One of the most original piees I have seen

Technique
Whatever you have used,you've used it well.The horse seems to fit into that picture like it's been there all it's life.I like the masks on the ground which help support the meaning of this manip.A very technical piece that you have spent a lot of time on.

Impact
I think you could of made this manip so it's more like the title you have given it but it is a very slendid manip that I know everyone will enjoy looking at.
